With April done and dusted you can be forgiven for thinking I have been resting on my laurels. Yes it was a quiet month but with good reason. Me and
the Family had jetted off to Disney Land Paris for a pre wedding season madness break at the start of April and then it was my wifes Birthday weekend
so I tend to take that off. Needless to say I did still squeeze in my fair share of events!
The day after I got back I was very poorly with an almost lost voice due to the aeroplane cabin but I did power through for Kirstyn and Gregs Wedding
at Balbirnie House in Perthshire. The majority of their friends were indie kids at heart so they had a blast bopping along to the likes of The Killers,
Arctic Monkeys and I even dusted off some older indie hits I hadn't played in a long time.
The following week I was over to one of my usual haunts, Ingliston Country Club for what was a scorcher of a Wedding day. David and Marie tied the
knot in spectacular fashion on one of the hottest days of the year in the iconic setting. Lots of funk and old disco peppered the set as these are
personal favourites of Davids with a few twists right at the end chosen by our bride and groom.
The following day I was at Stirling Court Hotel for Sam and Toms Wedding performing all day duties from music during the ceremony and meal then the
obligatory evening disco. The late finish didn't deter these party animals as they danced away to classic hit and classic hit. I have no idea where their
energy came from. The couple had a traditional Scottish ending which the guests from farther afield loved.
And rounding off the month I was up at Inglewood House in Alloa for Tamzyn and Grants party. Grant is a self confessed Mad-chester fanatic and had
requested a lot of that to be included in the evening. The rest of the playlist was filled with floor fillers to keep everyone happy and their feet on the
Then to finish off I was delighted to be asked to feature at the Cambo Estate Wed-Fest event to talk to lots of newly engaged couples
So that rounds off what was a relatively quiet month for me. This month the Vows Awards have opened for 2018-19 voting. If I performed at your
special day during this time and you felt I had a big impact on your day please feel free to visit the site and drop me a we nomination.
Congratulations to Emma and

"Hi Graham, What can I say to do you justice? You were absolutely amazing! You had
everybody up on the dance floor the whole night. Everybody has sent messages to
say how much they enjoyed themselves and how wonderful the DJ was. We are so
pleased that you were able to be there for our wedding, You are the talk of the town
from Fintry to London. You really know how to work the crowd and create a brilliant
party atmosphere. I would recommend you to anyone who wants their wedding to be
memorable. You are exactly what you say...", Lorna and Alfie Carson" (via Email)
